Refunding Skechers Boots with Defects
I bought a pair of boots from the Skechers website, and within the first year, I noticed that they started to break and tear on the sides. I sent them in for inspection in October, just before the two-year warranty expired. Even though I didn't use the product in any way other than how it was when I received it, they said that the number on the invoice didn't match the one on the product they checked. They claimed that the shoes causing the issue were not the same. I want the company to fix this problem and listen to my complaints. I just want to make it clear that I will fight for my rights using the legal system and any available local and international platforms.
