267I ordered 7 items from Stradivarius. I received 5 pieces in one box. Upon checking the email invoice, the remaining 2 items were supposed to be included in the same package, but they were missing. I tried to contact them multiple times, but due to the absence of a contact number, it took me two weeks to finally get through. Eventually, they informed me that the products appear to be out of stock, and there is nothing they can do. Two items worth 1000 TL did not arrive, and there seems to be no resolution! Today, I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, hoping to resolve the situation through their intervention.
