On February 24, 2023, I discovered that the Steam company had made multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card within a few minutes. These charges include Steam purchase 800, Steam games as Steam purchase 800, Steam games as 400, and several small amounts of money. I demand the immediate refund of all these charges. I have attempted to reach out to Steam's customer support to address this issue, but unfortunately, I have not been able to find a satisfactory resolution. Moreover, I have come across several reports from other victims who have faced similar issues with unauthorized charges from Steam. I want to emphasize that I have never shared my credit card information with any unauthorized entity, nor have I authorized Steam to make any charges on my behalf. Therefore, these charges are unjustified and completely unauthorized. As a result, I am determined to seek my rights and pursue legal action against Steam for the unauthorized charges. I expect full cooperation from Steam in refunding all the charges made on my card, as well as taking appropriate steps to prevent such unauthorized charges from happening to other innocent users in the future.
