On February 27, 2023, 99.84 USD and 199.83 USD were taken out of my account without my permission. I am very upset that a company with as good a reputation as Steam would do something like this. I want all of the money that was taken out of my account to be returned right away. I have already talked to Steam's customer service team about this problem, but I haven't gotten a good answer yet. It's not right that my hard-earned money was taken without my permission, and I won't let this go. I think Steam will fix this mistake right away and send the money back as soon as they can. I want to make it clear that I don't want to go to court against Steam. But if the problem isn't fixed quickly and to my satisfaction, I will have to look for other ways to protect my rights as a consumer.
