Stayforlong Charged Me $53 for a Canceled Hotel Booking

On November 7, I urgently made a reservation through Stayforlong (reservation number: SFL-E019A8DACF). On the same day, I received an email stating that the reservation had been declined. I was told there was no availability at the hotel, so the stay did not take place. Despite this, $53 USD was still charged to my credit card.

Although I have emailed z**@cs.stayforlong.com multiple times, I have not received any response. There is no other available contact channel. After the reservation, I did receive the confirmation email and necessary documents.

Since I did not receive the accommodation service and was left at a disadvantage, I request a full refund of the amount I paid.
