Stayforlong Charged Me but No Hotel Reservation Found


I booked a hotel through Stayforlong on December 5, and when I arrived at the hotel on December 6, they had no record of my reservation in their system. However, Stayforlong already charged my credit card for the full amount.
Now, I’m stranded in the hotel lobby, waiting, with nowhere to stay. The only way to contact Stayforlong is via email, but despite multiple attempts, I have received no response. How can a booking platform charge customers but fail to confirm reservations?
I demand an immediate resolution and a full refund if my booking isn’t honored. Stayforlong, respond now! Has anyone else experienced this issue?
