I booked a hotel through Stayforlong, but the hotel canceled my reservation and told me to contact the agency for a refund. Since Stayforlong is based abroad, I emailed them multiple times, but none of my questions were answered.

I also contacted the hotel, and they confirmed the cancellation in writing. However, despite this, I still haven’t received my refund. To make matters worse, Stayforlong’s entire process is in English only, making communication even harder. The phone number listed is unreachable, and there is no real way to get help.

Stayforlong, process my refund immediately! Ignoring customers and keeping their money after cancellations is unacceptable. I expect a prompt response and a full refund right away!
