Stayforlong Took Payment for 3-Night Stay but Hotel Never Received My Booking
On August 23, I made a vacation reservation through Stayforlong.com and paid for a three-night stay. My check-in date was Tuesday, August 26. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, they told me that they had not received any reservation information. I checked the confirmation email I received, and there was no contact number included, so I reported the issue via email. In their reply, they claimed that they had informed me of a technical problem, even though they had never contacted me about it.
I requested a refund of the reservation fee, but it still has not been processed. I want my issue resolved and my refund issued as soon as possible.
