Stayforlong Booking Pending - No Show, Refund Needed

On October 3rd, I made a reservation at Madrid Grand Via Apartment through Stayforlong for check-in on October 4th and check-out on October 5th. However, after completing the booking, the confirmation email stated that my reservation was “pending”. I tried to contact Stayforlong customer service several times by phone and email, but I could not reach anyone. When I called the hotel on the morning of October 4th, they informed me that no reservation under my name existed in their system. Despite this, a payment of approximately €300–310 (around ₺15,000) was charged to my account. Since no booking was actually made and no service was provided, this charge is unauthorized and constitutes a case of fraud.
