Starpets Payment Processed but Robux Not Delivered

I made a payment through Starpets for 432 Robux for my sibling’s account and created a 617 Robux Game Pass. The transaction was approved, and the amount was deducted. However, the Robux is not reflecting in the "Robux Transactions" section on Roblox, where it should appear along with the expected 5-7 day processing status.

Despite Starpets approving the transaction and having enough stock for my purchase, the Robux was not delivered, and my payment was refunded twice without explanation. Roblox itself does not allow direct purchases with Turkish credit cards, and due to price increases, I can’t make a direct purchase even if I wanted to.

I need Starpets to clarify why my Game Pass purchase was not completed despite approval and ensure the Robux is delivered promptly. Please provide a solution or detailed guidance as soon as possible.
