I am trying to purchase 2,500 Robux through Starpets.Pw on the Robux purchase page, but even though I have enough balance in my account, I keep receiving the error message:
“Error - Something went wrong. Please check the correctness of the entered data.”
The transaction does not go through. I have made multiple successful purchases from this site before, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such an error.
About 10 minutes ago, I added more funds to my account and tried to make the purchase afterward. Previously, my balance wasn’t sufficient, but with the new deposit, I now have enough to buy 2,500 Robux. I’m not sure whether there’s a delay in processing the new deposit or if there’s a technical issue on the site. Currently, the payment is not being processed, and no money has been deducted from my account.
I request information on the cause of this issue and a solution. If necessary, please check my account so that I can attempt the transaction again successfully.
