I Bought Robux from Starpets But Didn’t Receive Anything and Can’t Reach Support
I purchased Robux through the Starpets website, but even after waiting 20–30 minutes, nothing has been delivered to my account. I followed all the instructions carefully and completed the payment, yet I’m still sitting here with no Robux and no response.
I tried reaching out to the developers via Telegram, as suggested, but there has been absolutely no reply. There’s no proper customer service or any real-time support. For a platform handling digital purchases and real money transactions, this level of communication is unacceptable.
Starpets, if you’re selling Robux, you need to deliver it instantly or at least provide active support. I demand either the immediate delivery of the Robux I paid for or a full refund. Ignoring customers after payment is taken is a clear red flag.
