Starmaker Appeal Process Not Working for Blocked Account
I have been using a regular Starmaker account with VIP and frequent recharges, and my account was suddenly blocked two days ago while I was simply trying to log in. I am an active member on Starmaker. I regularly complete tasks, play games, and use the app, and I have never intentionally violated any rules. When I attempt to access my account, I am unable to log in and only see that the account is blocked. Over the past two days, I have tried several times to resolve this issue through Starmaker support, both by email and via the Starmaker desk in the app. Each time I am instructed to submit an appeal, but whenever I try to appeal, I receive the same message that my account is blocked, and I cannot proceed. I understand that Starmaker may believe I have violated their conditions, but I have not been given any clear explanation of what rule I supposedly broke. Because I have an active VIP status and make regular recharges on this account, I request that my situation be urgently reviewed, that I be informed clearly of the exact reason for this block, and that my account be reactivated if no valid violation can be shown. If Starmaker insists on keeping the account blocked, I also expect a fair resolution regarding my VIP and the recharges I have already paid for, which I can no longer use.
