I Face Starmaker Chat Restriction After Suspension Ended

I am writing to report a problem with my Starmaker account related to a suspension and my current restriction in the chat. One day after I had insulted someone, my account appeared as suspended in the app, with a one‑day suspension message. I understand that this was due to my behavior, and the one‑day suspension has already passed. However, even after this period, I still cannot interact normally. I cannot click on the seat that appears in the live, and I am also unable to write in the chat. The app does not clearly explain whether there is a new punishment or any other type of restriction active on my account. I request that my account be checked and that any remaining restrictions on chat and seat access be removed, or that I be given a clear explanation of why I am still blocked from these functions.
