My hope is that, by bringing these to your attention, prompt action can be taken to improve the current conditions. To begin with, it has come to my attention that the air conditioning unit at this location seems to be faulty. Despite being in the middle of summer, the system appears to be blowing hot air, rendering the atmosphere inside the store unbearably hot. This issue significantly impairs the comfort of both your loyal customers and dedicated employees. Moreover, it appears there is a shortage of staff working at this particular store. This scarcity, in my observation, is affecting the overall service quality and efficiency. I worry that this may eventually impact the store's reputation if it hasn't already. I'm unsure if these issues are due to a lack of attention from management, but I strongly believe that immediate action is required to rectify the situation. Starbucks has always been known for its high-quality services and comfortable ambiance, making these current conditions all the more disappointing.
