I always look forward to my coffee time. However, today at Starbucks, the barista mistakenly added two drinks to my bill instead of one. When I pointed out the error, she responded with a deep sigh and rude behavior, frowning at me. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced such treatment from Starbucks employees at this location. Despite my concerns, it's the closest Starbucks to me, leaving me with no other option. What was once a favorite spot of mine has now become a nightmare. Starbucks and its customers deserve a better environment, one that's upheld by courteous and respectful employees. I'm extremely disappointed by this recurring issue.
