Dear Starbucks Customer Service, My name is Onur Gum**, and I am a Starbucks customer from Istanbul, Türkiye. I would like to inform you about an issue I am experiencing with the Starbucks mobile app. For the past few days, I have been attempting to add my credit card to the Starbucks mobile app, but I keep receiving an error message that says, "Account not connected to the store." I have been using this card regularly for payments at Starbucks, and I have never encountered such an issue before. However, this time, facing this problem has raised concerns for me. What can I do to resolve this issue and use the Starbucks mobile app smoothly again? Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I have reported this issue multiple times through the Starbucks mobile app, but I have not received any response. I am writing this complaint and protest email due to my disappointment with the lack of communication on this matter. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years, and I do not want my experiences to be negatively affected.
