On August 8, 2023, around 11:00 AM, I got into my car with a hot coffee I purchased from the o86 Oxygen Bursa North Starbucks branch. As I took the first sip after picking it up from the cup holder, the cardboard around it tore and slipped from my hand. I reflexively grabbed the cup, causing the medium-sized hot coffee to spill on my lap. Since I was on the highway, I couldn't pull over immediately and endured 15 minutes of discomfort as I continued my journey. Burns formed on my abdomen and groin area; however, more importantly, I narrowly avoided a major accident. I promptly informed customer services about the situation, and they assured me they would look into it, but I have yet to receive a response. It's quite unreasonable to package a hot food item intended to be consumed in a car with such flimsy packaging.
