Stanley Does Not Care About Its Customers And Product




I purchased a Stanley thermos from Amazon Turkey in September 2023. The Turkish distributor, Kutupayısı, was called because it started to stain after only a few uses. They offered to send a new one within 20 business days after we had trouble getting in touch after I sent the product for inspection. It was about one to one and a half months later when they told me the item was sold out and would be sent as soon as it was back in stock. They finally shipped it after I reminded them 3.5 months later. I noticed the product wasn't the same color as the original when I opened it. Despite my repeated refusal to accept it, they did not reply. As a result, their communication is not efficient, and they don't let customers know about problems like these. After talking to Stanley directly, I was told to deal with Kutupayısı. Shouldn't they represent your brand? Why should I put up with this problem? Concerning complaints, do you only care about well-known ones? Clearly explain, dear Stanley.
