Stanley Thermos Was Sent to Service for a Heat Loss Issue but Is Still Unresolved

I sent my Stanley thermos to Kutupayısı service around 45 days ago with the service request form number 67818-2131, but I still haven't heard back or received any help about the heat loss problem. It feels like a minor problem that should be easy to resolve, but honestly, at this pace, it could drag on for 5-6 months. In my opinion, it looks like the authorized distributor for Stanley in Türkiye, Kutupayısı, isn't really focusing on this issue as they should be. I hope the Stanley authorities take action and sort this out, especially considering how the distributor hasn't been quick to address customer issues.
