Stanley Thermos Return Delayed for 2.5 Months
I sent my Stanley thermos for return/exchange/repair due to a lid issue, but after 2.5 months, I still have no update. I shipped the item on December 3rd, and on December 20th, I received a message stating that it had been received. However, on Kutupayısı's website, my order status still says "awaiting product"—as if they never received it.
I have tried calling customer service, but no one answers the phone. Stanley Türkiye’s official social media accounts have also been completely silent regarding this issue.
For a brand that claims to offer lifetime warranty and quality service, this lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate update on the status of my return and a resolution without further delay.
