I deposited crypto on Stake.com but cash-out never arrived — how can I get my withdrawal?

If you deposited crypto on Stake.com and your withdrawal (cash-out) did not arrive, first double-check that your account meets all conditions: withdrawals can be delayed if your account isn’t properly verified or if the funds are flagged for security for “coin mixing” (i.e. depositing and trying to withdraw without placing bets).
Also confirm you used the correct wallet address and network when you requested withdrawal — if there was a mistake, your funds could be lost forever.
If everything seems correct and you still don’t receive your crypto, contact Stake’s support via their 24/7 live chat or official email, attach your transaction ID (TXID), and request a withdrawal status check.
If the problem remains unresolved after contacting support, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
