I Requested Stake Withdrawal but Funds Never Arrived in My Account

I requested a bank withdrawal from my Stake.com account in INR on April 11, 2026, in the amount of ₹14,275.65 to my J&K Bank account. In the Stake.com system, this withdrawal is marked as “successful,” but even after more than eight days, I have still not received the funds in my bank account. I visited my bank (J&K) four separate times to check, and they clearly confirmed that they have not received any such transaction. Despite this, the status on Stake.com continues to show as successful, and there is no credit in my account.

After noticing that the withdrawal was marked as successful but the money never arrived, I contacted Stake.com through live chat. They told me they could not assist and asked me to reach out via email instead. I sent an email and have been waiting for a response for the past four days, but I have not received any reply or support. I respectfully request that Stake.com urgently investigate this missing withdrawal and either credit ₹14,275.65 to my J&K Bank account or refund the full amount back to my Stake.com balance without any further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of what happened to this transaction.
