Stake Withdrawal Not Received

I made a withdrawal request from my Stake.com account via bank transfer to my HDFC bank account in India on 17 May 2026 for an amount of 21067. On the Stake.com platform, the transaction appears as “completed” but the money has still not been credited to my bank account even though three days have already passed. The transaction reference number shown as completed is 246426067, and the withdrawal of 21067 is also linked to transaction ID 3477180398. After noticing that the funds had not arrived, I contacted Stake.com support and only received automated responses stating that I should wait three days. That period has already passed, yet there has been no further response, no proper support, and still no payment received into my HDFC account. I have also checked with my bank and they confirmed that the amount has not been received. This situation is causing me serious concern as my funds are stuck with no clear explanation or solution. I request that my withdrawal of 21067 associated with transaction reference 246426067 and transaction ID 3477180398 be immediately credited to my HDFC bank account, or that the payment be urgently and thoroughly investigated and resolved without any further delay, and that I be informed clearly about the outcome.
