On May 3, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹33,506 from my Stake account to my SBI Bank account in INR. The transaction ID for this withdrawal is 3448662454.
Inside the Stake application, the transaction status is marked as “completed.” However, despite this status, the money has still not been credited to my SBI Bank account.
After noticing the issue, I contacted my bank to trace the transaction, but they informed me that they could not locate or identify any incoming funds related to this withdrawal.
I have been using Stake for approximately 2–3 years, and this is the first time I have experienced such a serious withdrawal problem. The situation is extremely concerning, especially because there is no effective or easily reachable customer support system available on Stake to properly investigate or resolve the issue.
I request that Stake urgently investigate withdrawal transaction ID 3448662454 and either:
ensure the immediate transfer of ₹33,506 to my SBI Bank account, or
refund the full withdrawal amount back to my Stake trading account without any deductions.
I expect my money to be returned as soon as possible, along with a clear explanation regarding what went wrong with this transaction and how the issue will be resolved.
