I Requested Stake Withdrawal but Funds Never Reached My Bank

I made a withdrawal request of ₹19,204 from the Stake app on April 16 via bank transfer to my State Bank of India account. In the app, the transaction is marked as successful with transaction ID 3414843736, but the money has not been credited to my bank account and has not been returned to my Stake wallet either. Despite the “successful” status, I still have not received the funds after several days.

I contacted Stake support and submitted a complaint, but I have not received any response or clear information where my money is or when it will be credited. I request that this transaction be urgently investigated, the status clarified, and my ₹19,204 either credited to my State Bank of India account or immediately reversed back to my Stake wallet. I also expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this withdrawal.
