On April 13, 2026, I initiated a card withdrawal of ₹14,250 from my Stake account to my State Bank of India (SBI) bank card. The withdrawal is marked as confirmed within the Stake app, but the amount has still not been credited to my SBI account, and the transaction appears as pending on the bank’s side.
I contacted Stake customer support regarding this issue, but it remains unresolved, and the funds have still not reached my bank account. This situation is extremely frustrating, as my money appears to be stuck between the two institutions with no clear update.
I request that this withdrawal be urgently traced and that the ₹14,250 be immediately credited to my SBI account. If there is any delay or issue, I expect a clear written explanation detailing where the funds are currently held and when they will be released.
