Stake Withdrawal History Error Caused Bank Account Freeze in India

I have been facing a serious issue with my Stake account related to incorrect withdrawal history records and the impact this has had on my bank account in India. In the withdrawal history section on Stake, the pre- and post-balance amounts shown for several transactions are inaccurate. Due to these discrepancies, cyber cell authorities flagged certain amounts as disputed and instructed my bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, to place liens on my savings account (No. 9347865426). As a result, my account was frozen on 03/25/2026. Currently, there are two lien amounts: ₹1,332.38 linked to Bihar and ₹2,500 linked to the Tamil Nadu cyber cell. I have not engaged in any wrongdoing and used Stake in good faith, trusting that their withdrawal records would be correct. Because of these system errors, I feel misled, as the inaccurate data has directly caused legal and financial complications, restricting access to my own funds. This situation has left me unable to use my bank account, causing significant stress and inconvenience. I attempted to contact Stake support, but their email is not functioning, and there appears to be no effective customer support available, leaving me without a way to resolve this issue directly. I request that Stake urgently review and correct the incorrect pre- and post-withdrawal amounts in my account history and provide official clarification to Kotak Mahindra Bank and the relevant cyber cell authorities so that the liens can be removed and my account can be unfrozen. I also request assurance that future withdrawal records will be accurate to prevent similar issues from happening again.
