I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of ₹2,200 from my Stake.com account to my Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank account on February 2. However, even after about one month, the money has still not been credited to my bank account.
When I contacted Stake.com support, they informed me that the payment was successful on their end. Despite this, I have not received the funds in my bank account. Since then, Stake.com has not followed up or provided any clear explanation or proof regarding where the money went, and the issue remains unresolved.
I request that Stake.com urgently investigate this missing withdrawal and either credit the ₹2,200 to my Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank account or refund the same amount without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation or transaction details showing what happened to this withdrawal.
