On November 1, 2025, at 20:56, I transferred $169 from VakıfBank to my account on the Stake website. Even though I have the transaction receipt, the amount I sent has still not been added to my account after two days. While deposits from other users appear on the site’s main screen, my own money has not reached me, and when I contacted customer service, I received no support. Despite messaging them multiple times, no one helped me or provided any explanation.
I believe that Stake is at fault in this situation. I request that this issue be resolved and that the $169 I deposited be credited to my account as soon as possible.
