I am writing regarding an issue with a withdrawal I made from my Stake account to my Axis Bank account in India. On April 21, I requested a withdrawal in INR for an amount of ₹43,320 to my Axis Bank account. In the Stake app, the status of this withdrawal is shown as “completed,” but the funds have not been credited to my bank account.
I contacted Axis Bank, and they confirmed that no such transaction has been received or credited to my account. Despite this, Stake customer support informed me that the payment has already been completed. As a result, I am currently stuck between Stake and the bank, with my money missing.
I kindly request that Stake resolve this issue by either refunding the full amount of ₹43,320 back to my Stake balance immediately or providing a clear and effective solution to ensure that I receive my funds without any financial loss.
