Stake.in Withdrawal Not Received

I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of 1,472.50 from my Stake.in account to my ICICI Bank account in India on 4 April. Even though 5 days have passed, the money has still not been credited to my bank account and the withdrawal remains unresolved. During this period, I tried to reach Stake.in via live support, but I did not receive any clear information or update about the status of my withdrawal. I have no other effective way to contact them, and this situation is causing serious concern because my funds are stuck without any explanation. I kindly request that my withdrawal amount of 1,472.50 be processed immediately and credited to my ICICI Bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why this delay occurred so that I can regain confidence in using your platform.
