On September 23, 2025, I requested a $188 withdrawal from Stake.com to my Akbank account. My account had previously required identity verification, and I completed that process successfully. After submitting my withdrawal request, I was asked to provide my bank statement and bank transaction history, which I submitted in full. However, my withdrawal was canceled, and I was told that I needed to submit a new request. I repeated all the steps, but once again I am being told to wait three more days, and the payment is still not being processed.
In total, I have deposited $447 so far, and this is the first time I have attempted to withdraw money. I contacted live support multiple times, and each time I received the same response: “The issue is with the provider, please wait three days.” I was also informed that there is no problem with my bank information.
Stake.com’s delays and refusal to complete my payment have caused me significant hardship. I request that my withdrawal be completed as soon as possible and that I receive an apology for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
