I am writing regarding issues I experienced with my Stake account involving both a deposit and a withdrawal related to cricket betting. Last night, I deposited ₹1,000 into my Stake account, but the amount has still not been credited to my account balance.
In addition to this, I also have a withdrawal that has not been received in my bank account. I contacted Stake customer support and was informed that the withdrawal would be resolved within 2–3 days and that the deposit issue would be fixed within 24 hours. However, the 24-hour timeframe for the deposit has already passed, and I have not received any update, feedback, or correction. The ₹1,000 is still missing from my Stake account.
I have all the necessary transaction details and evidence, including transaction IDs, and I am ready to provide them for verification if needed. I request that my missing ₹1,000 deposit be credited to my Stake account immediately and that my pending withdrawal be processed and credited to my bank account as soon as possible.
I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong and a definite timeline for resolving both issues.
