SPX Stores Does Not Make Product Changes

I went to the SPX store in Erzurum to exchange a gift item I had bought because I wanted to change the size and color. Even though I had the receipt, they wouldn't let me exchange the item because it didn't have a tag. I didn't understand why they wouldn't let me exchange the item just because it didn't have a tag. There must be some things in their store that don't have tags. When I bought the product and gave them my phone number, they even said they could help me with anything. It's sad to see such bad customer service, especially when trying to exchange a product that was given as a gift. I hope that they will call me and fix the problem soon.
