Sportsbet.io Blocked My Account and Withheld $1,600 Without Explanation

On August 24, I deposited a total of $800 into my Sportsbet.io account and received a $150 bonus. I placed a live bet on a goal combination, and as a result, my account balance reached $1,600 in total winnings. However, without providing any valid reason or proof, the platform suspended my account and confiscated all of my funds, claiming I had violated their rules.

This was my only account, and I did not commit any rule violation whatsoever. When I contacted customer support, they only informed me that my account was blocked, without sharing any evidence or explanation. Additionally, the Turkey representative spoke to me in a disrespectful and mocking tone, which made the experience even more frustrating.

I demand the immediate return of my $1,600 balance and a clear explanation for why my account was unfairly blocked. Sportsbet.io’s lack of transparency and unprofessional conduct is unacceptable.
