I purchased the Spigen S25 Ultra Optik Pro EZ Fit lens protector from Amazon approximately 4.5 months ago. During the time I used the product, the lens protector became scratched very easily and quickly. Even though my phone never experienced any impact or drop, one of the lens protectors cracked on its own, and dust constantly accumulated between the protector and the camera lens.
The most serious issue occurred when I tried to gently remove the broken lens protector using Spigen’s own plastic removal tool — during this process, the camera ring of my phone came off as well. Instead of protecting my phone, the product actually caused damage to it.
I have not yet contacted Spigen customer service regarding this issue. I am requesting a full refund to compensate for the damage and inconvenience I have experienced. My order number is 406-4529834-9067541.
