I purchased the Spigen Thin Slim Fit case for my S23 Ultra from Aliexpress, and despite using it carefully, the case started peeling from the corner in less than 10 days. The peeling continues to worsen over time. The product is original, and given Spigen's reputation for quality and expertise, such poor coating material is unacceptable.
I expect a durable and high-quality product from Spigen, and this case does not meet those standards. I am seeking a resolution for this issue, as a premium brand should not compromise on the quality of its products.
