I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra about 10 months ago from Vatan Bilgisayar Bodrum. To protect the device, I also bought a Spigen case from your official website during the same period for ₺1,999, which was advertised as providing “military-grade protection.”
Yesterday, while the case was on, my phone fell from waist height onto a carpeted floor. Despite this, the front glass cracked, the frame developed a fracture, and the back glass was damaged. Although the device is still functional, it’s extremely disappointing that a case claiming such a high level of protection failed to prevent damage from a minor fall.
I purchased this product trusting Spigen’s advertised protection standards, but my experience shows that the case did not deliver on its promise, leaving me as a dissatisfied and affected customer. Paying a premium for a case that can’t protect the phone from a basic drop is unacceptable.
Therefore, I request that the repair costs of my device be covered, or alternatively, that both the phone and the case be replaced. I expect Spigen to take responsibility for the product’s failure and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I kindly request immediate assistance and resolution regarding my complaint.
