On May 21, 2024, I purchased a transparent Spigen case for my Samsung S24 Ultra through Trendyol (Order No: 10221918396). I have been using the product for about five months, and within a short period, it began to show deformation and yellowing. Despite the product description promising a “long-lasting, crystal-clear look with blue resin protection against yellowing,” the case has noticeably turned yellow and lost its clarity.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I have not yet contacted Spigen or Trendyol customer service. I’m also unsure whether the product is under warranty. I paid ₺1,590.75 for the case, and it clearly does not meet the advertised quality standards, which has caused frustration and disappointment.

I request that the product be replaced or that a full refund be issued for the defective item.

There is still no response. The fact that even the service for a case that cost 1.5k is not proper shows how bad Spigen Turkey is. If I were living in America and contacted their service, they would have responded immediately. It's truly a disgrace.
