Spigen Did Not Deliver My Product

I placed an order with Spigen, order number ORDER-24061LOQI01029638. On March 20th, I was assured that it would be shipped within a week. Today, March 27th, with just 3 days left of the maximum 30-day delivery period for pre-ordered items, I reached out to the company multiple times. Despite previous phone calls and unanswered emails, they cited logistics delays due to high demand but promised to prioritize my order. However, today's phone calls with them escalated into a deadlock, resulting in the cancellation of my order. While everyone else's orders cleared customs, mine didn't. When I asked if this was a general issue, they said it was unique to my order. A month of waiting, payment, and anticipation, only to be told they couldn't do anything and abruptly end the call. They canceled my order without my consent, offering a gift voucher instead of resolving the issue. I want the product, not a refund or a voucher. They ended the call without solving the problem, saying, "If we can't clear your product from customs and there's nothing else we can do to help, we need to end the call." This isn't how customer satisfaction works; deliver on promised services. Don't argue with the customer; I demand my product.
