I purchased a durable glass screen protector for the iPhone 14 from Spigen Turkey's website on 23/02/2024. The product page made it clear that it was a pre-order item. It has been 28 days since I made my purchase, but unfortunately, the product has not been shipped or delivered to me yet. Throughout this process, I didn't hear a word from them. When I reached out to them, they casually reassured me that the product would be delivered within 30 days of the purchase. Unfortunately, the product has yet to be shipped to me, and there has been no progress made towards initiating a refund. Throughout this period, the cost of the item rose among other sellers. I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase from Spigen Turkey. On 22/03/2024, I attempted to reach customer service at 0850 377 01 01, but unfortunately, I received a message stating that the number was unreachable. The message advised me to try again at a later time. Once the 30-day period is up, I'll go ahead and submit a complaint to the Consumer Rights Arbitration Board. I'm starting to wonder if this is more than just a regular purchase, considering that they took payment upfront but didn't deliver the product and their call center services are unavailable. I kindly request prompt communication from Spigen Turkey officials in order to address my concern.

"Are you prioritizing customer satisfaction? Well, I think people should read and decide for themselves. Following this post, Ms. Tuğba, an employee of Anka Mobil Tedarik Inc., called me and asked why I was threatening them. When I asked how I threatened them, she mentioned the email I sent to their headquarters and the post I wrote on Şikayetvar.com. I reminded her that when I called them before writing those posts to resolve the issue, their employee on the phone said, "You can do whatever you want, we can't help you." Then they offered to give me a 1000 TL discount voucher. My intention here is not to extort money but to rectify the wrongdoing. No one who loves this country can raise prices by 2.5 times within an hour at their whim. No one who loves their company and brand can keep a customer waiting for more than an hour with error messages during the purchasing process, and then, as if mocking, raise the price and ignore it. You are fueling inflation, people like you are fueling it. I stated that I wanted a discount voucher only for the difference in price, neither a penny less nor more; because I spent hours on your site due to the prices I initially saw during the payment process. She said she would speak to the authority and get back to me. She didn't. Five days passed, I called and said if you are going to resolve it, resolve it. She stalled again and did not return. Moreover, a rather strange situation occurred with the company owner. If this attitude continues, I will explain that as well. He probably thought I would share screenshots. We know these moves, I can explain without sharing, no problem. Thankfully, this site exists. Since there is stalling, exorbitant price increases, and strange tactics, let the whole world hear about it then. I hope you resolve this soon and that Anka Mobil Tedarik Inc. does not deliver another blow while your country is struggling with inflation."
