On November 11, 2024, I was scheduled to fly from Antalya to Moscow with Southwind Airlines, a ticket I purchased through Enuygun. The original departure time for my flight was 07:05. However, just one day before departure, I received a call from Enuygun informing me that the flight had been rescheduled to 19:55.
This drastic schedule change completely disrupted my plans, as I had a critical meeting in Moscow on the same day. A 12-hour delay is not something any passenger should be expected to accept, especially when it directly causes financial and professional harm.
Given that I could no longer use the flight for its intended purpose, I requested a cancellation and full refund. Shockingly, both Southwind Airlines and Enuygun stated that a refund was not possible, despite the circumstances being entirely out of my control.
It is unacceptable for an airline and a travel platform to cause such a serious inconvenience and then refuse to provide fair compensation. According to passenger rights, a delay or rescheduling of this magnitude entitles travelers to a refund. Yet in this case, both companies failed to uphold their responsibilities.
I demand that my ticket be refunded immediately and that steps be taken to compensate me for the loss and disruption caused. Southwind Airlines and Enuygun must take accountability for their organizational failure and customer neglect.
