My July 7, 2024, flight from Podgorica to Istanbul with Tailwind Airlines was scheduled for 18:20, but it was first delayed to 20:00 and then further delayed to 21:20. The flight finally departed at 21:40, a full three and a half hours late. During this time, we were left at the airport with no food or water, and not even an apology was offered once we boarded the plane. The airline completely failed to meet its promised schedule. Some passengers missed their connecting flights, and others, including myself, missed pre-booked transfers from Istanbul Airport. This lack of consideration and customer care is unacceptable. I expect Tailwind Airlines to take responsibility and address these issues promptly.
