Snapchat Locked My Account for “Guideline Violations” I Never Committed

My Snapchat account was shut down a month ago without any reason, even though I did not violate any rules. When I try to log in, I get the message: “Your account has been locked for violating our Community Guidelines. For more information, please visit our Help Center.” My account was registered with my phone number (ending in 7472), and I receive the same error every time I attempt to sign in.
My account contained important photos, messages, and a high Snap score. I also communicated with my entire friend group solely through this account. I did not violate any rules whatsoever, and I believe my account was closed unfairly.
I have not submitted an appeal or support request; I waited thinking the account might reopen on its own, but I still cannot access it. I request that my account be restored in its original state and that my grievance be resolved.
