Snapchat Locked My Account Without Reason and Offers No Solution

My Snapchat account has been locked even though I haven’t done anything wrong. Whenever I try to open a new account, it gets automatically locked again. I have no idea why this is happening, as I’ve always followed the platform’s rules. I want this issue resolved because it’s unfair to be penalized without explanation. How could I have violated community guidelines when I haven’t even messaged anyone? I’ve tried reaching out to Snapchat support, but all I’ve received are automated responses with no real help. At least 200–300 people are facing the same problem, yet Snapchat fails to provide any solutions. It’s frustrating to see such a large platform ignore the concerns of its users.
