I haven’t been able to log into my Snapchat account for over three months. My account appears to have been deactivated or disabled, but I have absolutely no idea why. I didn’t violate any community guidelines or engage in any behavior that would justify this action.
This situation is extremely upsetting because my account contains a lot of personal photos and memories—Snaps that are important to me. The thought of losing everything without explanation or a chance to appeal is incredibly frustrating.
