I placed an order on the Forever 21 website on September 12, 2024, but I still haven’t received it. The tracking number provided on their site is invalid, and despite reaching out multiple times through WhatsApp and their customer service line, I’ve received no helpful response. Each time, they assure me I’ll receive an update soon, but no action has been taken. This lack of support and transparency is extremely frustrating.
