Slazenger Still Hasn’t Delivered My Order and Gave No Tracking Number
I placed an order on Slazenger.com.tr on November 20, 2024, and as of today, I still haven’t received it. I got a message saying, “Your order has been handed over to MNG Kargo,” but no tracking number was provided, and no delivery has been made.
I reached out to customer service twice and spoke with a representative named S* Hanım, but she was completely unhelpful and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. I’ve waited patiently, but it’s clear that there is zero follow-up or accountability.
I paid for this order expecting timely delivery, not to be left in the dark for weeks without information or support.
Slazenger, I demand immediate action: provide my tracking number, deliver my order, or issue a full refund. Stop ignoring your customers and fulfill your basic responsibilities. This kind of service is unacceptable.
