SmallPDF Charged Me $12 Monthly Without Consent—Subscription Won’t Cancel



I used SmallPDF online to edit a PDF file and was asked to enter my card details for free access. I assumed it was a trial, but for the past nine months, they have been charging me $12 every month without my knowledge.
Since I have multiple transactions on my card, I didn’t notice the charges right away. When I finally checked my SmallPDF account, it showed my subscription as "canceled," yet they kept withdrawing money. This feels like a deceptive and unethical practice.
I strongly warn others not to use this service. I demand an immediate refund and expect SmallPDF to stop unauthorized charges. How can a company continue billing after a cancellation? This needs to be fixed!
